The theme of the conference is "The Power of Concentration and Innovation: "Professional, Proficient, Special and New" builds a better future".

The Textile Industry "Professional, Proficient, Special and New" SEM Development Conference was hosted by Zhao Zhipeng who is the deputy director of the Planning Department of Development Department of China National Textile And Apparel Council (CNTAC), the deputy secretary-general of the China Textile Planning Research Association, and the secretary-general of the China Textile Industry "Professional, Proficient, Special and New" Small and Medium Enterprises Alliance. Guo Hongjun, the director of the Industry Development Department of the China National Textile And Apparel Council (CNTAC) and vice president of the China Textile Planning Institute of Construction(CTPIC), introduced the development profile of the Textile Industry "Professional, Proficient, Special and New" SEM Development Conference, as well as the fourth batch of textile industry "Professional, Proficient, Special and New" enterprises and review status of the first batch of textile industry "Professional, Proficient, Special and New" enterprises. Xia Lingmin, Secretary-General of the China National Textile And Apparel Council (CNTAC), Ye Zhimin, Council Chairman of the “Light of Textile” Science and Technology Education Foundation, Feng Dehu, President of the China Textile Planning Institute of Construction(CTPIC), and other leaders awarded the certificates and medals to "Professional, Proficient, Special and New" enterprises in the textile industry.

At present, the China National Textile And Apparel Council (CNTAC) has identified 333 "Professional, Proficient, Special and New" enterprises, covering 25 provinces in China, involving the entire textile industry chain and closely related industry fields, with large coverage and representative.
