HONGSAM Digital Successfully Concludes FESPA 2026

The FESPA Global Print Expo 2026, the world’s premier event for printing and personalization, took place from May 19 to 22 at Fira Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain. At this gathering of global printing leaders, HONGSAM made a strong impression at booth 3-E11, showcasing the strength of Chinese digital inkjet technology on the world stage. From the steady flow of visitors and distributed product materials to live technical demonstrations, HONGSAM proved that the  25 years of dedication to inkjet ink R&D and production is now shining brightly on the international scene.

II. On the Show Floor: Visitor and Global Customer Crowds Discussing the Future of Digital Printing

Throughout the exhibition, HONGSAM booth was constantly busy. Clients from Europe, South America, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond came in waves — drawn by the vibrant colors, impressed by the fine print quality during live demos, and many specifically seeking out HONGSAM’s reputation for “Chinese smart manufacturing.”

The HONGSAM technical engineers and sales staff provided one-on-one consultations for every visitor, covering technical details, printhead compatibility, and cost optimization, answering every question with patience and expertise.

1. Hong-Jet® HJ-1604L Water-based Latex Ink Printing Solution – A Green Printing Pioneer with Full Media Compatibility

The Hong-Jet® water-based Latex Ink Printing Solution delivers high-definition output on a wide range of uncoated substrates, including leather, wallpaper, special papers, lightbox fabrics, and soft packaging materials. The inks offer high color saturation, excellent scratch resistance, and strong outdoor weatherability. As a pure water-based formula, it is odorless and non-toxic, fully meeting strict VOC emission requirements for home decoration and commercial spaces.

The JETALL® water-based latex inks have passed comprehensive SGS GB-18401 testing and hold OEKO-TEX® ECO-PASSPORT certification. They are safe, environmentally friendly, and ideal for high-value applications such as premium home customization, automotive aftermarket, eco-friendly commercial advertising, and high-end leather apparel.

2. HOTME® High-Energy Disperse Ink Solution – Color Specialist for Industrial Polyester Printing

As the drafter of China’s national industry standard for disperse dye inks, HONGSAM Digital developed its high-energy disperse inks specifically for chemical fibers and polyester fabrics. The prints feature brilliant colors, rich layering, and maintain excellent fabric penetration and soft hand feel.

In 2023, HOTME® high-energy disperse inks successfully passed rigorous testing on Ricoh printheads, making HONGSAM the first and only Chinese manufacturer to receive official Ricoh certification. This achievement marks a new international benchmark for domestic disperse inks in industrial printhead compatibility. The inks also hold OEKO-TEX® Eco Passport certification and are an excellent choice for sportswear, flags, satin, and other high-standard printing applications.

3. JETEXTILE® Textile Pigment Ink Printing Solution – The “Master Key” to Digital Inkjet Textile Printing

As the drafter of China’s textile pigment ink standards, HONGSAM JETEXTILE® textile pigment inks address previous shortcomings in domestic nano-pigment digital inkjet technology. They have earned OEKO-TEX® ECO-PASSPORT and GOTS certifications and deliver strong performance in fastness, hand feel, color vibrancy, and print reliability.

The solution enables a simplified process with no steaming or washing required, significantly reducing energy consumption and wastewater discharge to support low-carbon production. One ink works across all fabric types — cotton, polyester, nylon, silk, and blends — making it truly versatile.

WTiN (World Textile Information Network) previously highlighted HONGSAM’s disruptive innovation in digital pigment printing in a major feature report. It noted that HONGSAM self-developed JETEXTILE® textile pigment ink system, backed by revolutionary RCT technology and a global technical service network, has overcome the high energy use and pollution issues of traditional printing. The report confirmed that sustainable digital textile manufacturing can achieve true industrial-scale application across different global markets, offering a practical new path for low-carbon transformation in the textile supply chain.
