From September 23 to 25, 2026, PRINTING United, one of the world’s premier printing events, will open at the Las Vegas Convention Center in the United States. HONGSAM, a specialist in inkjet printing, will make a major appearance at the show. • Leather Printing Solution: Specially developed to address the surface flexibility and ink absorption characteristics of artificial leather, PU leather, and similar substrates. Printed results feature rich colors, natural texture, and excellent abrasion resistance—ideal for digital printing on bags, footwear, furniture upholstery, and other leather applications. This provides a flexible digital alternative to traditional leather printing processes.
• Flexible Film Packaging Printing Solution (BOPP/PVC/PET, etc.): Targets the challenges of low surface tension, poor ink adhesion, and easy ink peeling on films. Through optimized proprietary ink formulations and printing parameters, the solution delivers high-definition imaging and strong adhesion. It is well suited for soft packaging sampling and small-batch custom short-run printing, offering a cost-effective alternative to traditional flexographic processes with improved efficiency.
• Vehicle Graphics / Car Wrap Printing Solution: Designed specifically for outdoor substrates such as vehicle wraps. Printed results offer outstanding weather resistance, UV protection, and long-lasting color—suitable for extended outdoor use with stable and reliable quality.
2. Full Range of Inkjet Inks
HONGSAM has mature in-house R&D and manufacturing capabilities for a complete series of inkjet inks. Products cover the textile, imaging, and printing sectors. The company provides matched ink + process solutions that are fully compatible with customers’ existing inkjet printing equipment, including mainstream printheads from Epson, Fujifilm, Kyocera, Ricoh, KM, and others.
• Textile Inks and Matching Pre-/Post-Treatment Liquids: Suitable for polyester, cotton, blended, and other fabric substrates. High color fastness and soft hand feel make them ideal for digital textile printing, apparel sampling, and small-batch flexible production.
• Imaging Inks: Designed for photo-quality high-precision output. Accurate color reproduction and smooth tonal transitions support applications such as photographic printing, fine art reproduction, and high-precision advertising graphics.
• Printing Inks: Compatible with corrugated board, offset paper, coated paper, rice paper, and many other substrates. Suitable for high-speed mass production and capable of meeting high-end commercial printing quality standards, supporting the digital transformation of traditional processes.
At the exhibition, HONGSAM will showcase the Hong-Jet® HJ-1604 latex printer equipped with JETALL® water based latex ink. The system combines environmental friendliness with excellent color performance and supports high-precision direct printing on multiple media. Live demonstrations will feature printing results on a variety of materials, including wallpaper, special paper, PET film, vehicle wrap film, and more.
