HOTME® Disperse Ink Printing Solution: Breakthrough in Polyester Direct Printing
Swimwear and tight sportswear widely use polyester-spandex blended high-elastic fabrics. Traditional thermal transfer disperse dyes only adhere to the fiber surface, causing white yarns to show through after stretching. The RCT® solution’s high-penetration reactive system design allows the dyes to fully penetrate into the fabric interior, reaching the back of the yarns to create a double-sided coloring effect with controllable and uniform penetration depth. The Hong-Jet® digital hot stamping solution breaks through the boundaries of traditional processes with core advantages of “plate-free customization + multi-material compatibility + uncoated + high efficiency and environmental protection,” injecting new momentum for quality upgrades across multiple industries. Relying on Epson printheads and a self-developed ink system, it achieves precise presentation of metallic luster and color details.
