1. Jetextile® Textile Pigment Inks


l Roll-to-roll pigment inks: HONGSAM pioneered industrial printhead pigment ink projects in 2012, ushering in a new chapter for domestic industrial head applications. It was one of the earliest in China to offer pigment inks widely compatible with renowned industrial printheads such as Seiko, Kyocera, Ricoh, and Epson. In 2017, Jetextile® pigment inks were successfully applied to the world’s first 32-head Kyocera machine (MS JPK), demonstrating industry-leading technical strength. Authoritative media WTIN (World Textile Information Network) highlighted HONGSAM’s innovative contributions in the pigment ink field, effectively addressing the pain point of water resource waste in traditional processes. These inks perform excellently on natural fibers such as cotton, linen, and silk, and also show outstanding adhesion and color saturation on complex blended and synthetic fiber substrates, truly achieving “one ink for all fabrics.” Equipped with HONGSAM’s patented RCT® (Rapid Color Technology) fast-color pigment technology, they eliminate complex pre- and post-treatment processes, greatly shortening production workflows while delivering vibrant colors and excellent lightfastness. l DTG (Direct-to-Garment) direct-print pigment inks: Specifically designed for direct printing on cotton, linen, and blended T-shirts, hoodies, and other ready-to-wear garments and cut pieces. UltraWhite® white ink offers strong opacity and excellent anti-settling performance. The color inks provide high saturation. The printed results feature excellent breathability, a smooth and delicate hand feel, and outstanding wash durability. In 2025, HONGSAM launched the DTG wet-on-wet garment printing solution, which relies on RCT® fast-color pigment technology to eliminate the “pre-treatment spraying” step, solving the issue of marks on sensitive fabrics and delivering borderless printing with a softer touch.

l DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat-transfer pigment inks: These inks have excellent leveling properties and are resistant to clogging. The UltraWhite® super white ink’s outstanding stretch performance allows prints to extend freely with the fabric, achieving over 550% elongation on high-elastic materials without cracking. This significantly lowers the threshold and cost for personalized customization of cut pieces and garments.

2. HOTME® Disperse Inks


Since launching HOTME® high-temperature disperse inks in 2017, HONGSAM has received significant attention from equipment manufacturers. Through in-depth collaboration, these inks have demonstrated excellent performance across various printheads — no clogging, no dullness, no drying issues, fast drying, stable color development, and minimal wash-off. HONGSAM participated in the operation of China’s first Single Pass high-temperature disperse direct-jet system and helped many equipment makers recognize the potential of the high-temperature disperse market. In 2023, after rigorous comprehensive testing, HONGSAM’s high-temperature disperse inks successfully passed Ricoh’s stringent printhead tests, becoming the only Chinese manufacturer to do so. 3. ReactoMe® Reactive Dye Inks


HONGSAM’s ReactoMe® reactive dye inks use high-purity reactive dye raw materials combined with precise pH control technology to ensure long-term ink stability, fundamentally eliminating printhead clogging and significantly extending equipment service life. Their excellent fluidity makes them compatible with mainstream industrial printheads such as Ricoh, Kyocera, and Epson. They maintain stable output even in high-speed continuous printing scenarios, completely solving the traditional ink problems of frequent breaks and inability to run continuously in industrial production, thereby providing a solid guarantee for enterprises to improve production efficiency.


ReactoMe® Reactive Dye Inks


4. SILKMATE® Acid Dye Inks


HONGSAM’s SILKMATE® acid inks are a professionally developed solution for the high-end apparel printing market. HONGSAM recognizes the importance of color fastness in the textile industry, particularly the common pain point of lightfastness on nylon fabrics. Nylon is mainly used for outdoor sportswear, which has high requirements for lightfastness. Acid cyan and acid magenta ink often fail to meet industry standards in this regard. To address this, HONGSAM developed HC and HM colors with higher lightfastness through careful dye selection and formula optimization. Under the same conditions, these two colors achieve 0.5–1 grade higher lightfastness than standard colors, making them highly suitable for outdoor sportswear.

5. HONGSAM® Cationic Dye Inks


HONGSAM® cationic dye inks were successfully included in the 17th Batch of Energy-Saving and Emission-Reduction Advanced Technology Recommendations for China’s Printing and Dyeing Industry in 2024. The inks are suitable for EPSON, Starlight, and other series printheads and enable direct printing on modified polyester, acrylic, and similar fabrics without pre-treatment or post-washing, generating no wastewater.


Their pH stability prevents printhead corrosion, ensuring consistent quality and long-term storage. The colors are extremely vibrant, with high wash and rub fastness. On acrylic fabrics, lightfastness can reach grade 7. On-demand printing saves 40–60% of color paste, and post-steaming heat consumption is far lower than traditional printing. It represents true green printing and green production, helping printing enterprises achieve high-quality development and becoming a new quality productive force in manufacturing.
