From December 4 to 9th, HONGSAM will showcase at the 12th India International Textile Machinery Exhibition (INDIA ITME 2026).
As a key industry event in the global textile machinery and textile engineering sector, India ITME brings together textile equipment manufacturers, technology suppliers, textile enterprises, and industry professionals from around the world, building a platform for technical exchange and business collaboration across the global textile value chain. At this exhibition, HONGSAM will present a range of digital printing innovations, with a focus on five textile inks, the Hong-Jet® full-digital heat transfer solution, the Hong-Jet® Pishow series RCT textile printing solution, and the Hong-Jet® water-based eco-friendly leather printing solution — exploring further possibilities in digital printing technology together with global industry partners.
Tailored to different textile materials and printing processes, HONGSAM will present five main textile ink products along with fabric samples. The company has established a complete textile printing ink portfolio, covering pigment, reactive, disperse, acid, and cationic inks. All inks have obtained international environmental certifications including OEKO-TEX® ECO-PASSPORT and GOTS.
Jettextile® Textile Pigment Ink: Suitable for digital printing on a wide range of textile fabrics, meeting diverse color performance and production needs. HONGSAM pioneered industrial printhead pigment ink projects in 2012, and was among the early Chinese manufacturers to achieve broad compatibility with leading industrial printheads such as Seiko, Kyocera, Ricoh, and Epson. In 2017, Jettextile® pigment ink was successfully applied on the world’s first 32-head Kyocera machine (MS JPK), demonstrating industry-leading technical capability.
HOTME® Disperse Ink: Primarily used for digital printing on polyester, modified polyester and acetate fibers. HONGSAM participated in the operation of China’s first Single Pass high-temperature disperse direct-to-fabric system, which helped many equipment manufacturers recognize the market potential of high-temperature disperse applications. In 2023, HONGSAM’s high-temperature disperse ink passed Ricoh’s rigorous official printhead testing after comprehensive evaluation.
ReactoMe® Reactive Ink: Designed for digital printing on cotton, viscose, and other cellulosic fibers, as well as protein fibers such as silk and wool, the ink meets high-quality textile printing requirements. Formulated with fine purity reactive dye materials and precise pH control technology, the product maintains long-term stability, fundamentally preventing printhead clogging and significantly extending equipment service life. With ultra-high color concentration, it reduces ink consumption by 30%–50% compared with competing products.
SILKMATE® Acid Ink: Suitable for digital printing on wool, silk, polyamide, nylon, and similar materials. HONGSAM fully understands the critical importance of color fastness in the textile industry, particularly light fastness on nylon fabrics — a common pain point in the industry. Nylon is widely used in outdoor sportswear, where high light fastness is required. Conventional acid cyan and acid magenta often fall short of industry expectations. To address this, HONGSAM selected premium dyes and optimized formulations to introduce HC and HM colors with enhanced light fastness. Under identical test conditions, these two colors achieve 0.5–1 grade higher light fastness than standard colors, making them especially suitable for outdoor sportswear.
HONGSAM® Cationic Ink: Targeted at special textile materials such as acrylic and modified polyester. The ink features stable pH to prevent printhead corrosion, consistent quality for long-term storage, vivid colors, and high wash and rub fastness that meet demanding technical requirements.
From natural to synthetic fibers, and from conventional textiles to specialty fabrics, HONGSAM continues to expand the application boundaries of digital textile inks, providing professional ink options and supporting technical services for textile printing enterprises of all types.
Leveraging more than twenty years of inkjet ink R&D experience, HONGSAM has launched the Hong-Jet® fully digital offset heat transfer solution. It eliminates the need for traditional hot-melt powder by using proprietary RCT® (Rapid Colour Technology) fast-color technology and a dedicated liquid adhesive material in place of conventional TPU powder, enabling powder-free printing. This solves the cumbersome process, dust and noise pollution, and stiff hand-feel associated with traditional DTF heat transfer that relies on TPU hot-melt powder. The solution simplifies the conventional workflow of “print – powder – shake – cure – transfer” into “print – dry – transfer,” streamlining production while delivering soft hand-feel, a cleaner working environment, and excellent color performance.

Compact & Efficient: The accompanying all-in-one print-and-dry machine occupies approximately 2 square meters, adapting to production scenarios of different scales.
At this exhibition, HONGSAM will showcase the Hong-Jet® Pishow series textile printing solution equipped with proprietary RCT® (Rapid Colour Technology) fast-color technology. The Pishow series digital printing and dyeing integrated machines can be flexibly configured to match production requirements. Combined with a coordinated fabric infeed and outfeed system, they significantly boost production efficiency. Compatible with pigment, disperse, and other ink types, and suitable for mainstream textile fabrics, they provide an efficient and precise solution for textile printing.
Advantages of the Pishow Series RCT® Textile Printing Machines:
As a pre-treatment RCT device — Eliminates the need for sizing equipment investment; delivers better color and fastness than conventional processes; reduces pre-treatment chemical usage, with inkjet application enabling precise grayscale control of pre-treatment volume.
As pre-treatment for GO solutions — Significantly improves fastness and reduces the impact of post-finishing on fabric hand-feel.
Beyond textiles, HONGSAM will also present a water-based eco-friendly printing solution for specialty materials such as leather. Combining water-based eco-friendly latex ink with digital latex printing equipment, the solution is developed for surface printing on leather materials and is suitable for PU, PVC, TPU, microfiber, and some genuine leather. Applications cover footwear, bags, apparel, furniture, and automotive interiors.

Chemical Resistance: Resistant to alcohol, strong acids, and strong alkalis, meeting requirements for specific application environments.
Weather Resistance: Capable of withstanding freezing and boiling water, expanding the range of product application environments.
