Exhibition｜HONGSAM Invites You to Explore Digital Short-Run Printing Solution for Flexible Packaging Films and Specialty Papers

On October 20, the 9th China Tongcheng Plastic Packaging Machinery Exhibition successfully concluded. HONGSAM showcased the Hong-Jet® water-based digital printing solution for flexible packaging and the third-generation latex printing technology, demonstrating the potential of water-based digital printing in short-run flexible packaging film printing and specialty paper applications, while exchanging insights on technological development and market demand with industry customers on site.

Eventhough Tongcheng exhibition came to a close, the excitement continues. From October 26 to 28, HONGSAM will participate in the 28th Longgang Printing Industry Expo, carrying forward the momentum of the flexible packaging film printing solution and specialty paper water-based latex printing solution, and once again demonstrating the capabilities of water-based latex printing technology across diverse application scenarios.

1. Tongcheng Exhibition Successfully Concludes: Focusing on Water-Based Digital Printing for Flexible Packaging and Specialty Papers

At the 9th China Tongcheng Plastic Packaging Machinery Exhibition, HONGSAM highlighted the Hong-Jet® water-based digital printing solution (HJ-908L) for flexible packaging and the third-generation latex printing solution (HJ-1604L) for specialty papers and coated papers, presenting the application directions of water-based digital printing in flexible packaging film printing and specialty paper printing. During the exhibition, the HONGSAM booth attracted strong attention, with large crowds gathering on site. Many visitors stopped to observe the proofing process, showing keen interest in the showcased printing solutions, and numerous customers consulted and discussed cooperation on site, looking forward to implementing the solutions in their own production.

1) Hong-Jet® HJ-908L | PET Flexible Packaging Film Printing Solution

Targeting digital printing applications on film substrates such as PET and BOPP, the solution requires no conventional plate making and allows printing from a single sheet. Production can be scheduled flexibly according to order requirements, addressing the long-standing challenges of short-run printing and providing a new option for small-batch, multi-variety, and personalized flexible packaging printing.

2) Hong-Jet® HJ-1604L | Third-Generation Water-Based Latex Printing Solution 

HONGSAM also presented the HJ-1604L third-generation latex printing solution, printing specialty papers, coated papers, and other materials on site to demonstrate the performance of water-based latex inks on various paper media, further reflecting HONGSAM's technological exploration in multi-material printing applications.

From October 26 to 28, the 28th Cross-Strait Longgang Printing Industry Expo will be held. Following its presence at the Tongcheng exhibition, HONGSAM will once again take the stage in Longgang, continuing the showcase of the flexible packaging film printing solution. Two major printing solutions will be presented at the exhibition: 

1) The HJ-908L flexible packaging film printing solution, printing PET films on site to demonstrate digital printing performance in the flexible packaging field.

2) The HJ-1604L latex printer, showcasing the application of third-generation water-based latex inks on specialty papers, coated papers, and other absorbent and micro-absorbent materials.
