2. HONG-JET® FULL DIGITAL NO POWDER DTF SOLUTION

The Hong-Jet® full digital no powder DTF printing solution is suitable for cotton fabrics and various media, without the need for powder shaking. Its process greatly solves the problems of hand feel and breathability in shaking-powder DTF printing, becoming a good supplementary solution in the field of digital printing, adding a more down-to-earth solution to the prosperity of the digital printing industry. The printing process of this plan is shorter, with only three steps: printing - drying - hot stamping. This plan does not have a "shaking powder" step, which reduces the probability of defective products and avoids many of the problems that exist in the powder-shaking solution.

3. HONG-JET® ECO-FRIENDLY WATER-BASED LATEX PRINTING SOLUTION

JETALL® Water Based Eco-Friendly Latex Ink is a completely water-based pigment ink that does not contain internationally-prohibited chemicals, has no odor, and is weather resistant, cold resistant, antioxidant, and resistant to bending and compression. It also solves many difficult printing problems with non-hydrophilic media; It has also found a clear way out for green production in industries such as advertising, printing, and home decoration.

4. JETTEXTILE® TEXTILE PIGMENT INK PRINTING SOLUTION

HONGSAM is one of the earliest ink manufacturers in China to develop and apply textile pigment ink to industrial printheads. It has independent intellectual property rights and constantly innovates.

JETTEXTILE® textile pigment ink has passed SGS testing, REACH SVHC certification, and obtained authoritative certifications such as ECO-PASSPORT from the Swiss OEKO-TEX organization; The chromatography is complete, and it is equipped with exclusive pre-treatment and post-treatment aids and a complete processing technology. It has excellent color performance, unique color schemes such as Bright Red, and a wider color gamut; It provides high brightness pigment, suitable for printing finished garments, cut pieces, and cotton socks, with color brightness comparable to reactive ink. 5. DIGITAL DTG PRINTING SOLUTION: NEW CHOICE OF SMALL BATCH CUSTOMS

In the market environment dominated by personalized consumption, the Direct To Garment (DTG) printing solution for digital printing breaks through the limitations of traditional printing through technological innovation and becomes the preferred solution for small batch customization scenarios. HONGSAM is the holder of China's invention patent for pigment ink, with independent IP rights. JETTEXTILE® DTG  nano pigment ink has small particle size, strong color development, and high white coverage, which can meet the needs of dark fabrics as a base. It provides specialized pre-treatment solution, fixing solution, printhead protection solution, and cleaning solution. The one-stop solution simplifies the production line and reduces overall costs, making it an ideal printing solution for small batch customization.

6. HIGH ENERGY DIRECT PRINTING DISPERSE INK

In January 2023, according to the official website of Ricoh Japan, HONGSAM High Energy Dispersed Ink has passed its rigorous official testing, becoming the world's first high-temperature disperse ink manufacturer to obtain this certification. This means that the industrial printhead system centered around Ricoh, Kyocera, Starfire, Epson, etc. finally has the "blood" to adapt to China's high-end manufacturing; thus, a technical counterattack from "passive compatibility" to "active definition" has officially begun.

HONGSAM High Energy Disperse Ink has perfectly solved the industry's problems, such as uneven color development, color sticking during pressing and ironing, and poor migration fastness, in response to the pain points of ordinary low-temperature dispersed ink. When HONGSAM High Energy Disperse Ink is injected into industrial heads, what we see is not only a breakthrough in technical parameters, but also a leap in China's manufacturing identity from a "consumable supplier" to a "standard setter".

7. High Light Fastness Sublimation Ink

As a professional digital printing solution provider, HONGSAM Digital constantly monitors market demands and deeply analyzes the color requirements of different regions, customers, and consumer groups. Currently, there is a surge in demand for outdoor products such as sun protection clothing, outdoor jackets, and cycling gear, which places higher requirements on the sunlight fastness of digital printing products. Based on market demand, HONGSAM Digital launched high light fastness sublimation ink (K/C/M/Y/TB/B), which can be used for outdoor products requiring high sunlight fastness (tents, cycling clothing, carpets), home furnishings (curtains, cushions), and high-end polyester fabrics for clothing.

8. High Light Fastness Acid Dye Ink

As a company with over 20 years of experience in textile digital printing, HONGSAM Digital understands the importance of colorfastness in the textile industry, especially the lightfastness on nylon fabrics, which is a common pain point in the industry. Nylon fabrics are mainly used in the production of outdoor sportswear, requiring high lightfastness. However, the lightfastness of acid turquoise color and acid magenta color generally fails to meet industry requirements. To solve this industry pain point, after careful selection of dyes and optimization of formulas, HONGSAM Digital launched two new colors of acid dye ink, HC and HM, with high lightfastness. Under the same testing conditions, the lightfastness rating of these two colors is higher 0.5-1 grade than ordinary colors, making them ideal for outdoor sportswear.
